The ESE Autumn Meeting 2026 is delighted to announce the meeting will feature poster sessions for the very first time. Poster submissions will open on January 15, 2026 and will be accepted in three categories: Clinical, Education, and Research Posters.

​Onsite Presentations will be welcomed in the following categories:

• Clinical Posters Session

• Educational Posters Session

• Research Poster Session

 

• General Endodontic Posters Session (no direct submissions are accepted, please see below for more details on this category)

Important Information for Authors:

Online submissions are accepted for the Clinical, Educational and Research Posters Sessions.

All submissions must be made via the Online Submission Platform.

• Each category of presentation has specific and unique requirements – please read the instructions carefully before submission.

• For example, abstracts for posters that cover Clinical Research (trials, outcome studies) should be submitted to the Research poster category NOT the Clinical Poster category, which is about clinical case reports and clinical techniques.

• If you enter your abstract into the wrong category of presentation it will automatically be entered into the General Endodontic Poster session.

• There will be a processing fee of €50,00 for each submission. Your submission will only be considered if accompanied by payment of processing fee. Payments must be made at time of submission via credit card. Processing fee will be deducted from your registration fee if abstract is accepted for presentation (processing fee for abstracts rejected or withdrawn are non-refundable).

Submissions are accepted OR rejected based on:
Submission to the correct category;

• adherence to the guidelines for submission to the correct category;

• quality of the submission

Decisions on acceptance or rejection of submissions will be made by  30 June, 2026.

 

Authors will receive an acceptance/rejection email after 30 June. Please check your Junk/SPAM folders before querying the status of your submission. Presentation details, e.g. day, time and moderator will be informed via email once these have been decided.

 

Authors will be invited to present their work only when the submission has been accepted. Abstracts not accepted for the Clinical Posters, Educational Posters, Research Posters, categories will be invited to be presented in the General Endodontic Poster session. Authors will have an opportunity to select whether they wish their submission to be withdrawn or considered for this category.

Submission Process Rules:

• Submissions will be accepted from 15 January until midnight (CET) on 25 May 2026.

• All submissions must be in the English language.

• Authors are responsible for the accuracy of their submission, including the grammar and correct spelling, as well as the names of authors and institutions.

• Authors must include appropriate credit to all contributing authors and their associated institutions.

• All authors must be listed before submitting a poster. All co-authors must agree that the poster can be submitted for presentation.

• Abstracts for the Educational and Research Poster categories should not be submitted if the contents have already been or will have been published or presented at another meeting. 

• Authors may co-author multiple submissions but only present ONE in the same category.

• Authors may not submit the same abstract to different categories.

• After submission, only the Educational and Research Posters will be able to be freely edited by authors during the submission phase (until 25 May 2026). Clinical posters cannot be edited after submission—please upload the final version.​
