Registration entitles delegate to:

  • entry to all scientific sessions and the trade exhibition;

  • coffee breaks and lunches;

  • congress documentation;

  • certificate of attendance (The ESE Autumn Meeting is equivalent to 12 CPD hours).

When accessing the online registration platform participants should choose:

  1. New User and fill in the personal details fields.

  2. In the Registration form fill in the appropriate fields, choose method of payment and conclude your registration.

  3. Once your registration is complete you will receive an automatic email confirming the submitted data (please note this is not a confirmation of your registration)

  4. Once your payment is processed you will have access to your Confirmation Letter of registration

You can return at any time to the online registration platform using your username and password to obtain additional services

Postgraduate Students: When registering for the congress you must include copy of your postgraduate student card or a confirmation from your School that you are a postgraduate dental student.


** Undergraduate Students from ESE Member Society Country:

The ESE will grant complimentary registration to Undergraduate Students in countries with ESE Member societies

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Check if you’re in a country with an ESE society member

  2. Register online and choose Undergraduate Student from ESE Member Society Country

  3. Insert the promo code INVITEDUG

  4. Upload a copy of your student ID or letter from your University confirming your status as Undergraduate Student

Special registration fee applies to Undergraduate Students from other countries.

When registering for the congress you must include copy of your postgraduate student card or a confirmation from your School that you are a postgraduate dental student.


Please read carefully the information below regarding applicable VAT rules and invoicing. 

When registering you will be asked to inform your VAT Number/Fiscal ID (taxable status). Please make sure you enter the correct VAT Number/Fiscal ID of the person or entity responsible for the payment of the services required.

Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the submitted information. No refunds will be accepted should the information provided is not correct. 

All fees are stated in EURO with Polish VAT (where applicable).

Please note that in accordance with Polish and EU legislation: Registration fees are subject to 23% Polish VAT (regardless of the taxable status). 


On-line registration will open on 15th January 2024 and close on 5th September 2024; after this date registrations are only possible onsite. The "Early bird" rate is available from 15th January 2024 to 30th June 2024. 

Delegates must bring their Registration Confirmation Letter (with barcode) to the Congress to access the Self Registration Check-In desks. Only registered delegates can attend the pre-congress courses that must be booked separately. 

Badges will be supplied on registration and must be worn at all times.

Please note that without this information it will not be possible to identify your payment.
Bank transfers should be processed up to 48 hours after registration is submitted to benefit from the ongoing fee.

Payments by bank transfer can be made until 01st August 2024.

After the 01st August, only payment by credit card can be accepted.

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express cards are accepted, and are the best and most secure way to make your payment. 
Please note that your credit card will directly be charged at the moment of transaction. 
A 50% refund will be applicable for cancellations until 1st July 2023, after this no refund can be made. Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Secretariat:

In the unlikely case that the Congress cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of any government, war, terrorism etc. the Meeting Organisers cannot be held liable for any damages, costs or losses incurred, such as registration fee, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage. The Organization encourages participants to take out their own insurance for the duration of their stay. 

Children are not allowed in the lecture theatres.
